RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original packaging and contents included. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items showing signs of use, installation, modification, or damage after delivery may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. In some cases we may provide a return shipping label at our discretion.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:

• replacement of the product
• repair of the product
• refund of the purchase price

Our responsibility is limited to the product itself. We are not responsible for installation costs, labor charges, contractor fees, removal costs, or any other associated expenses.

Returns After Installation

Products that have been installed, mounted, modified, or altered may not be eligible for return unless they are determined to be defective.

Customers are responsible for verifying that the product is suitable for their intended use before installation.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• custom or personalized products
• clearance or final-sale items
• gift cards
• hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• items returned without prior authorization

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different product is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped to a country within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, our products do not include a separate warranty.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must report the issue within the timeframe stated in this policy. Our responsibility is limited to the remedies described in this Refund Policy.
